Birdsong comparisons from spectrograms using TDA

In this project we explore some applications of TDA in birdsong classification.

Some very rough guidelines will be given to help you start thinking about the project. More details will be provided during subsequent discussions.

1. Look up the paper “Machine learning and statistical classification of birdsong link vocal acoustic features with phylogeny” by Rivera, Edwards, Hauber, Woolley.
